Individual Counselling

Individual sessions are 50-60 minutes.

Available both in-person and virtually.

Base rate for sessions is $120/hour. Sliding scale is available for clients with financial strain.

My approach is collaborative and client-centred, infused with systemic principles which support a broadening and re-defining of the narratives clients hold dear. By welcoming conversations of existentialism, truth, and uncertainty, individuals can be placed in context and invited to continue their healing journey in an authentic and purposeful way.

My practice is queer-affirming, nonjudgmental, and open-minded.
